As a new patient at Starboard Dental, we’re excited to welcome you! We want to make sure your first visit is smooth and stress-free. Our office is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk staff and offered light refreshments.
To ensure that we’re providing the best care possible, please bring your medical history, medications, and health insurance cards to your first appointment. Our new patient forms are available on our website for your convenience. You can fill out the registration forms when you arrive, or email them to us before your visit.

The First Visit
You’ll take a tour of the office and get to know our team before meeting with your hygienist. We’ll take X-rays and photos before introducing you to our dentist. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss any concerns you have and receive a cleaning. This visit will take about 90 minutes.
If other services are indicated, and you decide to proceed, in most cases, our dentist can start your care plan the same day.
Or, if you prefer, you may schedule a free 30-minute consultation before starting any work. Please provide previous photos or X-rays for this visit. If further dental care is necessary, we offer same-day appointments.
Financial Responsibility
We accept insurance and are in-network with Delta Dental. Our team can verify your coverage before your visit to ensure that you receive the care you need. 0% financing and CareCredit® are also available options.
